I'm a good kind person on a very strict diet with harsh disciplines to follow with yoga and breathing, Its tough but I have good reasons to be this tough on myself, I hope one day to be able to help others with the knowledge and experience of the raw food way of life and breathing with lymphatic exercise to face the pain and hopefully overcome it, it's a long road and I only hope i'm still here to let others know of a different way of living.
